Joyce Cheng - Saturdays 9:30am-4pm (Once a Month)
A dietitian is a university-trained health professional who applies the science of food and nutrition to promote health, prevent and treat medical conditions to optimise treatment outcomes. Dietitians can provide support with conditions including but not limited to diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, hyperlipidaemia, hypertension, weight management and gut issues.
Joyce is committed to empowering patients to make healthy choices whilst still being able to enjoy life’s journey through food. She provides bulk-billed dietetic services under Medicare for patients with chronic health conditions. For eligibility criteria or further information, please speak to the referring medical practitioner.
Joyce holds a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney and is registered with the national accrediting board, Dietitians Australia.

Psychologists
Isabel Ma - Tuesdays 10am - 5pm
Isabel provides a calm, respectful, and non-judge mental space where clients can speak openly and explore challenges at a pace that feels manageable and appropriate for them.
Isabel is a registered psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. She works with individuals aged 16 years and above, with particular interests in supporting people with anxiety, and those experiencing stress related to different life stages, including transitions in work, study demands, relationships, and major life changes.
Isabel works collaboratively with clients, using practical and evidence-based methods to support change. She draws on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand patterns between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and develop practical strategies for managing difficulties.
Isabel holds a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours, a Master of Psychology (Forensic Psychology), and a Master of Public Health. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), and a Fellow of the APS College of Forensic Psychologists.
Podiatrist
Gabriel Chow
Saturday 9am - 5pm (Once a Month)
A podiatrist is a allied health professional specialising in treating conditions of the feet. These include conditions such as toe fungus, ingrown toenails, corns, calluses, bunions, infections and foot injuries. Patients such as those with Diabetes are highly recommended to get a yearly foot check with a podiatrist.
Patients with chronic health conditions with a GP management plan can access Bulk-billed podiatrist services under Medicare if eligibility criteria is fulfilled.
Gabriel is our new podiatrist who has joined Hornsby Station Medical Practice. He consults fortnightly on Saturdays 9am - 5pm.

Physiotherapist
Alison Chan - Mon & Wed 8:30am - 4:30pm
Physiotherapists assess and manage the care of patients with a range of musculoskeletal conditions. They help many patients with chronic diseases with advice regarding lifestyle modification and injury prevention. They sometimes prescribe aids and appliances. They will often prescribe and supervise exercises to aid patients' recovery.
Patients with chronic health conditions with a GP management plan can access Bulk-billed physiotherapist services under Medicare if eligibility criteria is fulfilled.
